Finally time to blog!

Life has been so busy the last few weeks! The older boys had a wonderful time trick or treating with all their cousins this Halloween. Jason was Anakin Skywalker and Matthew was our duck. Unfortunately, Matthew's costume was a little too small and Jason's was too big. Oh well! I am glad they were able to go out and trick or treat with the other kids and Grandpa and Grandma. It seems that it did not take Matthew too long to figure out what he was supposed to do to get candy. We were also able to cut our pumpkin the day before I had Gavin. Wow, carving pumpkins is kinda hard especially with a dull knife. It was fun for the boys to be able to plant, pick and carve our pumpkin. Next year this will have to be Brian's job--at least the carving thing.Gavin has been such a wonderful baby. He is already on his own little schedule. At night he sleeps so well. He usually wakes up at 11:30 (I go to bed at 9:30), 1:00, 3:30 and 6:00 (which is perfect because I need to be up by then anyway). The older boys really like him. Jason knows he is there, but he just does not pay too much attention to him. And Matthew well, we love Matthew he is my big helper. He gets the diapers for me, throws them away, and always makes sure that Gavin has a pacifier. Even if he does not want one. We are all learning how to adjust to our new family member.
